We work across organizations to mobilize university research using investment, industry, and community partners. Our inspiration is dedicated, talented researchers in university, industry, and government settings who expect to make a meaningful difference in the world with their work. Our challenge is policies and practices that limit innovation, collaboration, and competition. Our methods include conventional and novel collaborative structures, such as commons, frames, and taps, as well as workshops and other forms of professional development.
